Villa Azzaytouna is a luxury Moroccan villa based in Palmeraie. This extraordinary home sleeps 6 guests and it’s interiors were designed by the incredible Philip Hooper from Sibyl Colefax and John Fowler to create spectacular spaces for all guests to enjoy, merging the authenticity of traditional Marrakech and respectfully introducing some contemporary features to enhance every moment. While this villa has everything you could ever need, it is conveniently located 15 minutes from the vibrant Medina and the Souks, where much of the beautiful furniture has been sourced including Berber benches, wooden carved doors, antique pots and Beni Ourain rugs.

Enjoy Moroccan luxury day and night in the 3 double ensuite bedrooms with king-sized beds and open fires. 2 of the bedrooms private terraces offer plunge pools and large daybeds if you fancy some seclusion. Once you have relaxed in your private quarters, the luxury continues to the garden where you will find a 12.8m expansive pool surrounded by sun loungers and Indian daybeds, perfect for a wake-up swim or some afternoon sunbathing.

The garden is the absolute focal point of the home with 5,000 square meters filled with a collection of olive trees, lavender, orange blossom and bougainvillaea. Not only does this provide the most incredible scenery, but the wonderful fragrance which trails throughout is also spectacular. 

A large sunken Berber tent is positioned in the garden filled with comfortable seating and tables which is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drinks. Right beside you can find a dining terrace which overlooks the pool. Also, there is an interior sitting/dining room with open fire and a beautiful domed ceiling with Moroccan bauble lights.

It isn’t just the decor which makes your stay at this home unforgettable, but the house staff. Estate manager Maria is there to look after you throughout your stay. The villa comes complete with a Hammam, as well as unlimited spa treatments to enjoy. Taste some authentic Moroccan food prepared by your house chef. Adventure out and be driven by your private chauffeur, who can assist you with your trips to the nearby Atlas mountains and other excursions such as mule treks and country lunches.
