The indoor space, spanning a living area of 1200m2, is a true sanctuary of refinement. At the intersection of Moroccan warmth and contemporary modernity, the villa's living spaces exude harmony and warmth. The elegant living room opens up to a grand patio adorned with greenery. Tucked away, the TV area guarantees moments of entertainment shared with family and friends. The dining room with its table accommodating up to 14 guests and its own fireplace ensures convivial meals. The wellness area houses a treatment room and traditional Hammam. Fitness enthusiasts can also make use of the Technogym fitness room in the Caïdale tent.


Outdoors 

Spanning an acre, the outdoor space is an aesthetic blend of nature and modernity. The heated 28°C infinity pool (25m x 8m / 1m50) is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and includes an outdoor living room. Alfresco dining areas that seat up to 18 at the table and a covered terrace invite you to enjoy warm Moroccan nights among friends or family. The property also includes a garden, vegetable patch, and a paddle court, and a petanque court. Parking for 4 to 5 cars is available.


Staff & Services

The villa comes with inclusive services such as a dedicated concierge, daily housekeeping, and much more.
The price also includes transfer services from Marrakech airport to the villa. Other services like unique culinary experiences, Hammam treatments, private fitness sessions, and many more can be arranged on request for an additional fee. Also, the cost covers a full breakfast.

• "A la carte" formula:
  You don't have to worry about the groceries. The household staff handles the procurement and preparation:​
  • Lunch and dinner start from 35 euros per person.
  • ​Children (with tailored meals): receive a 50% discount for under 10s and free meals for under 3s.

• "Liberté" formula: You pay for the groceries, and the house staff takes care of shopping and cooking with the purchased ingredients. The cook's rate for meal preparation and service starts from 50€/day.

The villa enjoys a privileged position. Only a 15-minute drive away, you'll find Marrakech city centre with iconic points of interests like Jemaa el-Fna square and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. El Maaden's prestigious golf courses and the Museum of Contemporary African Art are 20-30 minutes away by car. The stunning Agafay Desert and the Ourika Valley are 45 minutes to an hour's drive away.

- The villa is not a holder of a liquor license. Consequently, it cannot sell alcohol. Alcoholic beverages must be ordered and paid for directly through a local wine merchant.
