Located within the outstanding natural setting of the Marrakesh Palm Grove, Dar Challa is an oasis that will delight those looking for luxury and tranquillity.

The villa features 7 bedroom suite with private terraces, an infinity pool, a hammam and jacuzzi, all within landscaped gardens dotted with olive and palm trees.

- 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- 1 pavilion with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom : 1 double bed and 2 twin beds

From the sunset views over the Atlas to the discreet and attentive staff and the stylish Berber design – everything has been planned to delight and stimulate your senses.

In the Palmeraie of Marrakech, neighbouring the famous Ksar Char-Bagh palace, Dar Challa is a villa ideally located close to the 3 major Marrakech golf courses: Golf de la Palmeraie, golf Royal and Amelkis.

Calm and quiet, the villa is only 15 minutes from Jemaa El Fna square and the souks. Airport transfers are fast : the Marrakech Menara airport is 25 minutes away and the train station 15 minutes from home.

Dar Challa is nestled in one hectare of landscaped gardens decorated with bouquets of palm trees, hibiscus, bougainvillea and laurels. High-end modern architecture, interior design and décor were carried out by excellent Moroccan artists and carftsmen, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Depending on your mood, you can choose to relax in the Moroccan lounge or the large contemporary lounge, in the patio or one of the many terraces.

A hammam is available throughout the day. An outside jaccuzzi is set on the roof terrace to enjoy sunsets while bubbling in hot water...

Maison très agréable et très spacieuse
La deco était très sympa
Belle piscine bien chauffée

Le service n’était pas tout à fait à la hauteur
On s’est retrouvé sans serviette dans certaines salle de bain,
le personnel était bien mais il manquait le dernier « mile ».
Les repas étaient bien mais peu d’accompagnements le soir ( le midi c’était parfait).
Il manquait l’apéro local (humus, …) et le goûter était juste pour les enfants (ils auraient pu resservir les gâteaux du petit dej)

The villa was beyond beautiful and the service was very great.

Great service by villanovo, very good & fast communication.

Location: overall good location, very private. Except for the road to the villa, the last 500m were very bumpy.
Bedrooms: all the bedrooms were very clean and beautiful. But specifically on room Majorelle: the lights in the bathroom weren't ideal, a bit too dark.
Cleaning service: overall as well very good, except that we didn't get new towels on sunday anymore.
General service: Rachid was the very very best. But if I have to say something, I would say that it might be more practical if he could have helped with preparing some snacks for apero. I think it would be nice to incorpate this in the service.

Rashid was amazing and took very good care of us. The food was amazing and the hospitality was incredible!

The villa was lovely, very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Overall an excellent villa and atmosphere!

Nous avons passé 4 jours inoubliables. La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée et très fonctionnelle. Elle offre tout pour passer un séjour incroyable : une superbe piscine, de grands espaces, d'immenses chambres très confortables, un terrain de pétanque, une salle de sport/spa/hammam, et des grands espaces de réception très chaleureux. Mais ce qui a fait de ce séjour, un séjour inoubliable est l'accueil et l'équipe de la villa : aux petits soins, très réactif ! La nourriture était délicieuse, très raffinée et équilibrée. Merci encore pour cet accueil de qualité. Je recommande à 1000% !

Quelle semaine passée ici! 
Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable en famille et entre amis. Un personnel au petit soin, le personnel a été exceptionnel tant par sa disponibilité que par son efficacité. Les filles toujours souriantes et arrangeante! Surtout un grand merci aux cuisinières qui nous ont régalé toute la semaine! La villa est superbe, encore plus belle qu’en photo! Chacun à la possibilité de profiter de son espace en toute intimité ou bien de ce retrouver dans des espaces bien pensés pour toute la famille! Les moindre recoins étaient magnifiques et fonctionnels! Cette villa et son service on fait l’unanimité auprès des différentes générations et ce malgré les différents modes de vies de chacun! Et un grand grand merci à l'hôtesse, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et j’en passe!

Plats et boissons : Les spécialités Marocaines ont été merveilleusement bien préparées! Tout comme le reste!  
Détails intéressants : Les massages sont géniaux également! N’hésitez pas à demander!

L’agencement de la maison est absolument parfait !
La décoration est sublime ! Les chambres somptueuses

Maison pour 16 mais seulement 11 transats au bord de la piscine ! Et manque de parasol
Pour les repas en extérieurs nous aurions préféré une table ronde …. Je trouve cela plus convivial.

Merveilleuse villa dans la Palmeraie
Nous avons séjourné en famille pendant une semaine. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. La personne qui gère la maison est professionnelle et adorable, elle nous a accueillie et a veillé à répondre à tous nos besoins. Le personnel de la maison a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Séjour inoubliable
Quelle magnifique parenthèse dans ce lieu enchanté !! Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa, où tout est décoré avec goût et où les prestations sont dignes des plus beaux hôtels ! Le jardin rempli de palmiers, la piscine et le calme sur place sont vraiment très appréciables. L'hôtesse a été extrêmement disponible et souriante. Sa priorité est de vous faire passer le plus agréable des séjours et c’était réussi. Un immense merci aussi à tous le personnel sur place qui a été aux petits soins. Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés , au plaisir de revenir vous voir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette somptueuse villa ! Le cadre est incroyable dans la palmeraie avec une piscine chauffée permettant de se baigner en plein mois décembre ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long du séjour. La qualité de la literie , la propreté du lieu et ce cadre nous ont permis de passer un moment hors du temps !! Si vous souhaitez vous offrir un moment féerique allez y les yeux fermés !! Nous y retournerons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un endroit exceptionnel. La qualité du service la beauté des jardins une piscine magnifique des chambres grand luxe le service restauration digne des grandes tables c’est un sans faute.

It was a great experience. We were a group of 14 Persons of several ages, from 14 until 85 years old, and all just loved it.
Constance, Manager of the Villa, was excellent support for us as the rest of the Dar Chala Team, Abdel, Fatima, .... all without exception! Great Staff. Keep up your fantastic work!
The decoration of the Villa was gorgeous and the bedrooms very comfortable. We recommend it!

We hope to come back someday, meanwhile we wish you all the best

 Magnifique lieu.
Week-end exceptionnel passé entre amis dans cet écrin à proximité immédiate de Marrakech. Le parc, les chambres, les multiples terrasses, la piscine, la décoration concourent à créer un lieu féerique. Mention spéciale au personnel, accueillant, prévenant et fort investi à notre confort et bien être. La cuisine juste extraordinaire… Je recommande vivement.

The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Dinners, lunches and breakfast were fantastic - we could not have asked for better cooking!
The villa is beautiful!!
It was extremely helpful having the concierge service to contact so we could pre book restaurants and activities.
It was also useful when we were out in marrakech so that all travel and arrangements ran smoothly.
Very helpful!

The only problem we had was with the WiFi not working. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Un très bel espace. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. L'architecture de la maison est très bien pensée. Chacun peut être indépendant. Très agréable à vivre. Un personnel très attentionné et souriant. Très bonne cuisine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
