Indoors
Inside the villa, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace that invites relaxation, as well as a TV lounge with satellite and Canal+ for entertainment. The dining room, equipped with a Bang & Olufsen bluetooth speaker, provides an ideal setting for refined meals. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the most demanding culinary needs. The house is air-conditioned, with shutters in each bedroom and underfloor heating for comfort throughout the year. A fitness room with large bay windows is also available for sports or relaxation moments.
Outdoors
The villa's exteriors are equally impressive, featuring a 15m x 15m infinity pool (min depth: 1m, max depth: 1.8m) that can be heated, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The 100 m² pool house includes a dining area, a lounge, a bar, a fireplace, a shower, and toilets, all equipped with a JBL bluetooth speaker. The estate features terraces for outdoor dining, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, as well as a vegetable garden and a chicken coop. You will also have access to a private parking area with 4 spaces.
Staff & Services
The villa includes a cook, a housekeeper, a gardener, and a 24/7 caretaker. Daily housekeeping and breakfast service are included in the price.
For your other meals, a catering option is available:
- Freedom option: The staff will take care of your shopping, and you can organise your menus with the cook according to your wishes for the meals you want (identical menu for all guests). Groceries must be paid for in cash to the staff. A service charge of €5 per person per meal will be applied. Wines and spirits are not included. A list of wine merchants can be provided on request.
Note: You will not have access to the kitchen and will not be able to cook.
